This off beat science fiction comedy film as great light hearted fare. Most of what is appealing in this film is the initial concept of a seemingly crazy guy who posts a wanted add for a companion to travel back in time with. This "crazy" guy is Kenneth played by Mark Duplass (Humpday) who plays a serious role and is actually really good. His love interest Darius, the quirky introvert is played excellently by Aubrey Plaza. Overall there are a number of great jokes, one liners, performances are good and an interesting concept that doesn't quite follow through.
