The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)

This is a good english adaptation of the novel. The performances are strong, especially Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander with a convincing and consistent accent. Her physical presence in terms of her slimness and overall meekness in size, but strength portrays the character beautifully. Overall a pretty good adaptation of the novel and the choices in changes make sense and it is different, but equal quality to the Swedish version.
